After a brief inspection of the save, here are my thoughts:
-Change to Monarchy
-Adjust WF in Barcelona to get Horseman in 1 turn
-Adjust WF in Pamplona to increase gpt to -9 (work Gold mtn)
We haven't seen any GoW galleys for a couple of turns, right? We can either bring ours back to Barcelona, or ask GS if they can think of something better (perhaps they can see a GoW galley, or would appreciate having us block some coastal tiles for them).
We have one lonely pikeman (The Red Zealots) that survived the southern slaughter. ND/GoW seem to wish to be quite thorough, so he'll likely be attacked next turn. We can either run him into the mountains or use him to scout their units.
ND is sitting on the mtn to the west of Pamplona with a stack that includes 6 Ansars, 3 Pikes, and 2 MedInf (iirc). I doubt they will attack this turn with only 6 Ansars. They are more likely to wait for more, and/or coordinate an assualt with the GoW Riders (once they've healed and returned from all over the south).
Attacking that stack with our meager Knight force would of course be foolish. We must wait for them to weaken themselves against our defenses, and for GS to gather their more impressive number of Knights to ride in to our rescue.

I know it is islly diplomacy, but I´d rather say ´´to our aid´´. To our rescue sounds ... hmm... like if Spain is a defenseless girl...:hmm?: and Spain has a proud and vast army no defenseless girl would have.

GS gives us Furs, Incense, Iron, WM, 40g
We change to Monarchy. In the beginning we are at -15gpt. By the end (after WF adjustments) we are at -9gpt.
NOTE: We did not lose any gold for upkeep this turn, upkeep was done while we were in Anarchy. 
W, W of Pamplona, on the mountain, sits ND's stack: 6 Ansars, 2 Inf, 4 Pikes. Not all that impressive compared to
our forces in the city. This clearly cannot be their whole army.
Sir Unorthodox 3/5 still sits in Merida, which is in revolt.
GS protectors:
West of Barcelona: 4 pikes, 2 knights.
North of Barcelona: 2 pikes, 3 inf, 1 cat.
GS reports that they will return Madrid next turn, which should get us back "in the black" with our budget.
