I was looking for the Historical Civ II site on XOOM, when I came across this site. It says that it only needs one more week before it begins uploading things, but it was last changed August 16, 1998....
It looks like a really cool site. Does anyone know who started it?

a guy with Rishenko as alias(you probably guessed it). he also helped on apolyton for a short period of time, at about the same time(august, septembe 98), but gave up due to lack of free time.
his site is a true lesson for good web designing practices...

I bet that it would have been a really great site if somebody had taken control of it. Maybe Phoenix (god, I'm never going to get used to that...) would like to take up the reigns if he wants to update a website.....
