Today in our nation's capital, the president, and his one hundred member elected council of advisors debated the future of the nation's first television station, government owned Kuebec National Television, also known as KNTV. Thus far, the station's future has seemed bleak, in spite of massive support from most citizens. There has only been enough government funding to support two short, low-tech news features a day. Although there has been much talk of privatizing the station but President Kaugh has been reluctant of that idea, clearly stating "Television media must be kept free for all citizens!" Mr. Kaugh is a former journalist, and so has close ties to the national and international media. Finally, after a closed door meeting and many cups of Kubecian coffee, a decision was reached.
An official government report titled Policy on Tv, outlined the new policy, which mainly involves auctioning off one hour time slots to other nations who will in turn fill that time block with what ever programmming they choose, to fill it with. The advantage is that the wealthiest, and most technologically nations will probably be able to pay the high fees , meaning only the best quality shows for Kuebecians!
The auctions will start immediately!

All auctions and transactions will use Kuebec Kaus as currency.
A nations spending power will be determined by multiplying your income tax rate by number of citizens.
For Example
100 million people x 25 % = 25 million KK spending power.
I will post at the beginning of every auction:
- Starting Price
- Time Slot
- And the percentage of citizens who watch TV at that hour
Sales will be finalized after I check that your nation has enough money to pay to buy the slot, and you are T-Grammed with the final instructions on posting your first Television show to be broadcast in Kuebec!
