He's a pocho, so he doesn't count, but he's the best wired candidate, and Arnie has all the right-wing ankle-biters in the Republican party to worry about.

Throwing Davis out on his ass would be the best thing for US politics (accountability to the electorate? ) but the candidate qualifications need to be tightened up a bunch.

What a coincidence, lol. Davis pulling in all his cards.

DoJ has already signed off on the election with respect to Voting Rights Act issues, so challenging the election in Federal court will be tough. My bet is they're hoping to get a favorable three judge panel from the Ninth Circuit, and that SCOTUS won't act, or won't act in time, so the election will be stayed that way.

Meanwhile, Davis whistles Dixie or Camptown Races or whatever his shuffle song of choice happens to be, since he won't have his fingerprints anywhere near it.
