Who cares? Only morons do it for some kind of social status.

They've got beautiful backgrounds that aren't tacky (*cough* Agathon *cough*).

There's a reason why they're so damn popular.

You should see the desktops on all of the workstations at school...I'd seriously say 75%+ have digitalblasphemy backgrounds.
