so far, i've been lucky with my main email. i have three emails: one is private, which i don't give out to anyone except at the university and to my family/close friends; that one has yet to encounter spam.
now, the other two, which i use for business and signing up for things... those get hit by spam a lot. but what's nice is that both yahoo and msn/hotmail allow for the spam filtering, and i have to say it works quite well: especially when i see my inbox has 25 email messages, 10 of which are spam, and 246 bulk email, all of which are spam (after not checking for two days.)
usually i delete anythign i don't recognize, and autodelete anything with random strings at the end, like:
"increase your penis size now! asdfahw43rawgfgasexxdgfa"

I really get miffed when I go to a link to find out it's just an ad page...for example, recently I was going to visit a Red Faction website and I just got "Size does matter! Increase your length with all-natural herbal methods!" With a tiny link at the bottom saying "This domain is for sale"
If I understand this correctly, several organisations facilitate this BS. Can I have their executives' addresses so I can go to their house and strangle them?
