ET brought this up to me in chat.
[14:17] E_T: firstoff, remember that we are going to be mining those hills buy the river.,..
[14:17] E_T: plan 1:
[14:18] E_T: cat that will be ready on turn 123, followed by a worker on turn 128
[14:18] E_T: rinse and repeat or follow with a settler
[14:18] E_T: plan 2:
[14:19] E_T: settler, to move the city, ready on turn 128
[14:19] E_T: and the city is moved and reestablished on the same turn
I told him that plan 2 has to be put on hold because we don't know whether or not we'll need a Fort (Temp city) 2-2 of Cuido. If GCA builds Temple(s) in the border cities, we'll need this Fort.
ET provided some numbers for the production capacity of Cuido in a GA:
[14:42] E_T: 1 pop, working Grass, GA - 1SPT
[14:43] E_T: 2 pop, working grass and mined hill, GA - 3SPT
[14:44] E_T: 1 pop, working mined Grass, GA - 2SPT
[14:45] E_T: 2 pop, working mined grass and mined hill, GA - 4SPT
If we can get it to put out 4SPT (that's a 5 turn Catapult) at size 2, then we should let it grow and not build a worker there next. We can get workers from Lux (Where they were intended to be from) and from Karina and HoD.

F-P, I agree, but I will be making the build plans as if we will be victorious in 13 turns of war (or pointing in that general direction).
We are making sure that our Army is of sufficient size, to be able to win through, especially with the replacements during the first part of the GA. Remember, we were originally planning to fight Euclidium with it's Immortals, which are equivalent to our MI's, which would even it out. But we have the better defencive unit, so that was a plus in our favor.
And we are not going to war, betting entirely on our GA production to help win us the war, like CDG had done. I am confident that we can make these plans now and they will mainly come to fruition. Even against GCA's ledgendary luck....
