As of turn 109, we have the following built in Apolyton:
Granary
Barracks
and the Palace
We have 5 pop that will grow to 6 in 2 turns, requiring the need of using a specialist.
We will be presently using this city for the war effort, but we will soon need to build a temple and marketplace, hopefully before the end of the GA.
This city is also a good canidate for a settler, to be used for the war effort. We will have the settler built and then add a worker to bring the city back up to size 5.

On turn 109, Incensity is currently at size 4, with no growth. The plan is to bring the city to size 5 using a worker. This will get us to 15 SPT for the GA.
The city has a barracks
We can build 2 MI's before the war, and then will concentrate on 30su during the GA. We might also have a galley built here, just before the war, to explore the north point, if we lose the Expedition.
We should build Horsemen in this city, during the GA and then during the last of the GA, build a marketplace.

As of turn 118 - 210 BC, Bananatopia has the following Improvements:

It has a corruption/waste of 12%.
This breaks down to the following:
code:

5 to 12 1
13 to 22 2

I agree that expecting a Bonus Grassland to appear under Jungle within a particulear city's radius is not a very wise move. I count myself lucky (get it!?) to get a Bonus Grassland from Forest or Jungle; I never count on it.

Cats will not be doing us much good, either.

On offense, Cats complement an already sufficient force nicely, by reducing the need to heal units and by allowing cities to be captured with fewer direct battles. But, it is important that there already be a sufficient number of units to work with in the first place; Cats do not replace Medieval Infantry, especially if only around 5 of them are being used in total. If there were plans to build a whole bunch of Cats then that's another story, but only 5 is not worth it, IMO.

I have a feeling, that when we go to attempt to take Catchopolis, that it will be a very bloody battle. To that, even a few cats can shift the odds sufficiently, to insure our voctory.
Even as a defencive role, the have the ablity to make a likely loss of one of our units, to a possibility of them loosing a unit.
PLUS, IF they ARE replaying and working out the best moves for their Offenses, then that one additional RNG that is used by the cat (while in defencive mode), can really muck that up for them.
