Sometimes my special forces have a expanding flash appear round their feet. This normally happens when they are passing building and clicking on them shows that they are jamming.
What the hell does this mean ?

It means that any SAM sites in their radius will not be able to lock onto any aircraft. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they can fire during this time.

Yeah thats annoying. Like real annoying. I got a friend who deals to my wonders with just commando's. Took down my whole damn wonder. Real annoying as i have said. That was till i wisened up and used bunkers with sam's. Of course then he bombed my sam sites and then my wonder with a huge amount of bombers. Then he would go around randomly destroying buildings with commando's. I was pretty peeved.
Yes if your guessing he regulary beats me then you would be right.
