Can't start RoN Put an end to popups!

My system:

WindowsXP (new installation)
P4 2.4 GHz
1 gig DDR ram
lots of HD
Geforce 3 TI200
I haven't updated RoN, since it's only about MP anyway...


When I start up, the intro is shown without trouble (I have tried to desable this, but makes no difference). When the intro is finish, it tabs back to Windows, where a box ("Exception") shows up for a minute, then it closes RoN (and this Exception box). I get no error msg

I have set it to write a log file, but this is the only thing it writes in profile_log:

You say it's a fresh install of windows XP- that means the old drivers, right?

Also, people have had crashing problems with wireless mice...

Reinstall: Have tried that
Drivers: The same drivers as before the fresh install (Which means new drivers)
Mice: I've got a wireless mouse, but it haven't crashed before...

Sorry it took so long to respond- stupid e-mail thing works only half the time .

Have you ever updated your drivers? It could help.
Also, maybe try playing once with a corded mouse. Long shot.

Other than that, it's a bit out of my league (unless I've forgotten something obvious).

I can't update the drivers, since I'm already using the newest driver avaliable...

I don't have any corded mouse...
