I don't even get the saves anymore, and I'm the ****ing president! But, other than that, not much going on at the moment. This is sort of the sloooow phase of the game.

Yeah I've been in here on occasion and there hasn't been any discussion so I just go on to other things.

Once we start discovering something I'm sure the posting rates will go up.

Hey Zargon is it possible that whomever is sending you the save has the same problem I had in PTWDG? I fixed it by changing Outlook Express to MIME64 format and using that to send game saves instead of just regular MS Outlook.

Yes our second city is called Chow Mein. It's currently building a granary and will eventually be using the cattle and wheat tiles to become a great settler pump.

In following with Beta's suggestion in the main forum of having three turnplayers I will once again offer my services as I think I'll have a little more time than when I had to withdraw a while back. I'd still prefer to be the third turnplayer only in the event that ZargonX or Aggie can't play the turn in a reasonable amount of time for RL circumstances.

We REALLY need to find one of the other teams soon. This forum is practically dead. I wonder if the rest of our team (mrmitchell, Aidun, etc.) will come back when we find some others out there.

Yes, there really isn't much need to pay attention right now as there isn't much to do. Doesn't take much effort to decide to move a warrior south. I htink we'll run into someone sooner rather than later, so hopefully that'll pick things back up.

Just remember - best scouting paths are in an E-W direction whenever possible, as most civs start out at the same "elevation" (sorry, forget which one is latitude and which is longitude....)
