	A MOO2 Newbies problems Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

Well I finally did it????? I purchased a second hand copy of Moo2 from Amazon UK, after reading all the forums that said Moo2 was better than Moo3, I`ve decided to give it a go....However....The first Problem I`ve encountered is that my Cd Drive keeps spinning when loading the game ( a bit similar to Moo3, however on these forums it was fixed by copying the music file to the hardrive) is there a way to fix this with Moo2?
Also the manual was supplied on the Cd in PDF Format, but it will not allow me to read it? I have the Adobe Reader installed on my box but I cannot access the manual. is there anywhere I could obtain a copy of it?
Any Help would be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

For the spinning:

One of the config/ini files contains information about the CD-ROM (i.e. D, change it to your install directory and you shall be fine, you might have to copy some files into there (music......).

I think you need to have copied your cd to the hard drive for this to work.

Success on a plate.... copying the contents of the CD to the hardrive and changing the INI file to point to it works a treat. and I`ve manged to copy the PDF file and print it off.. Many thanks for your help....now to play it.
