Anyway, I felt opinion swing back into the unknown on this issue. (after talking to people). So we need a revote in light of the drone's positive attitude towards tech stealing the restriction lifting techs.

Mobility would be good. We are starting to get into the time frame of the game where military forces could come into play, not for life or dealth (we hope), but minor skirmishes.

Well drones are currently researching ethical calculus. That means it'll be at least 14 turns until they are able to research it.

Time for Comrade HongHu to step in to make the clear majority.

I say we need to move. How do we get to the univ if we don't get flex without having to beg Drone's to lend us their only transport? We don't need those rec commons do we? We have VW well in hand. As for restriction lifting, well I thought we are going to use univ as our research slave. Tech stealing will do too.
