The highway graphic is in a couple of the scenarios from Best'oNet 2 in FW/MGE. I have NO idea about "lizard infantry".

Here's some highways. I *think* that they're different to the ones in FW/MGE, but I can't remember who made them or where I got them from.

Er, for "lizard infantry," it might be easiest to get a Super Nintendo emulator, do some screen captures of RPG enemies(I'd say the Reptites from Crono Trigger would be pretty close ITO graphic quality), and edit from there. There's also a neat lizard-with-a-sword pic in RPG Maker 2000's RTP that already has a transparent background and just needs resizing, if by some off-chance you have that. I don't think anyone has them ready to use though...

I think I've seen cities that look a lot like you're describing, only they're more bluish. Aren't city and unit pics the same size?

Well, either Poly or CivFanatics(I can't remember which) has a few graphic packs ready to download, and the graphic I remember was in their gigantic "city graphics" pack. Even if it wasn't you could probably modify one of the ones there.

Do you have FW/MGE? The city style you describe reminds me of those used in the Mars and Iceplanet scenarios.
