Okay I just made this map, but when i want to use it in my scen, all the special resources doesn't end up in the squares they are on in the Map Editor. What shall I do to make them end up in the same squares?

The random seed is most likely set on 1, it's default.

Put the random seed number to anything apart from 1, and the value will remain.

yeah but when I changed this, the resources squeres changed so now they're not in the squares I wanted them to anymore..

Don't select "random ressources and huts" (or something like that) in the game setup (1st screen when you start "start with a premade map").
Sorry, I have the German edition of Civ2, so I do not exactly know what it says in English.

I knew that Stefan.. but I just had to adapt the map for the new resource seeds. Not much harm done.

yeah, i got a similar problem with my SA map... what i did was try resource seeds till one satisfied me most...
