I haven't seen many places at all that a mod was needed where he wasn't there. If Ming wants more time off, then that is a different story. I haven't seen him complain about his duties anywhere. When Dan and Mark decide we need another mod, then I'm sure they will have plenty of competent people to choose from.

Gee, must be a stupid staff member who brings up the issue in the public and not with the site owners or in the staff room. As Frozzy and HT said, IMHO there's already enough mods. I'm sure Ming and the rest will voice their opinions to Markos and Dan, if they think more is needed.
