	Nostalgia Diplomacy Sign-up Sheet Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

A few days ago SnowFire sent me a PM talking about how lots of the people who played dip in the old days are still around, but Apolyton Dip is pretty much dead.

He's got his hands full with D&D PBEM and suchlike so I thought I'd run a game for old-time's sake and try to set up a nice informal game for poly oldtimers (although other are welcome of course).

yeah. modern is a fairly well-balanced 10 player variant.

I personally want to give 1900 a shot, its similar to the standard map but adjusted and rebalanced:

(note the brits in egypt, which allows for more interaction on different sides of the map).

Hmm... contemplates getting back into Diplomacy... Nah, I don't like lying and this game is based on it.

That's 13 people. Enough for modern with a couple of people as alts. It isn't a good idea to do a game with 10 people without alts in any case so that's a good number. Before I leave to go hiking I'll send out an email/pm asking everyone for prefs
