Patch 1.27f para PTW Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

Otra vez tengo el mismo problema: la versión en inglés para los USA no es compatible con ninguna versión europea y yo tengo la versión inglesa internacional. ¿Dónde está el patch?
Lo único que he encontrado son versiones para otros idiomas.
Si cargo el patch USA ¿podré funcionar con el nomepidaselputocd?

Niessuh me ha dado la solución. Pones el patch USA y encima otro patch para pasarlo a UK.
