...maybe that could be one of our early party platforms...a push for map making so we can get Galleys and take the war to our enemies shores...

And to give credit where credit is due, GhengisFarb actually came up with the phrase "Vowels and Violence" to describe the UOA party, I just took up his torch.

It's a possibility. Depends on what our scouts find. If we have a land bridge we can start with that. But if we don't...map making and a naval invasion are the way to go. We are vikings after all.

Vikings we are ! I just have a sneaky feeling that there won't be a land bridge connecting us with the Spaniards. In that case an early amphibious attack would eliminate an enemy and give us an early foot hold on another continent.... Of course, it all depends on what our scouts reveal as they travel south.

, well its essential that the political party has a couple people that glue the party itself at all times , weekly emails , pm's , chats , etc , .....
