* Need to check fesiability of foil trading.
* Check if original borehole plan still possible, share borehole plan with drones.
* Do a search on Flubber and the pirates to see what we're dealing with.
* Find that thread which Drogue admits to having relations with the pirates.
* Attempt to get someone else to take over diplomancy.
* Check the tech loss of switching techs if we need to do it after trading.
* Check for SPs by other factions (if HGP and PTS or VW being built)

One thought regarding Drones. If they gets commlink of pirates and CC, will this change their thought about perm pact? Buster indicated that they wanted to pact with a tech faction.

It's a risk we would have to take. If we hold back the chances of a perm pact will probably get reduced.

From the CC's perspective, they may prefer us rather than the Drones if they have to choose. At least this is what I hope for.

Ha! My prediction in a conversation with Corellion (or however you spell his name) came true. We will need to get the diplomatic corps out on this one right away. I will gladly do negotiations with either CyCon or Pirates directly, but if we can get someone (coughthonghucough) to take on one of the factions it would be idea. Comrade Kody, handle the Drone end of things.

As for sharing the communication frequencies with the Drones, we will decide on it tonight officially. Though I do not see why not, it will be a show of faith in them, since after all we do desire the permipact.
