	IMPORTANT: Drone Permipact Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

The Drones recently indicated that they consider our two factions to be in permipact, the only thing left is to formalize this pact of ours. While we are awaiting the final decision from the Drones, we ask once again that the Hive approve the permipact with the Drones.

The government is technically authorized to go ahead with the permipact due to the poll about it earlier during the game, but minds may have changed on the issue, therefore we present the question once again.

Should the Hive enter into a permipact with the Drones?

Well I guess my just woke up brain doesn't work as well. Ok let me change to say they have chosen a good time for deciding this. We have asked many times haven't we?

As for not meeting with CyCon, I guess the PEACE are not ready to give up their advantage yet. Which is not surprising.

The Drones remain our best and most valuable ally, for the sole reason that our two factions have cooperated well. We cannot trust the others to do likewise. IMO the other factions will pursue a more Machiavellian foreign policy, and hence we would not be able to trust them as much as we can trust the Drones.

When the permipact has been formalized, we should seek to synchronize our foreign policies, but that I mean if the other factions desire Machiavellian politics, we should also pursue such politics with the other factions.

One other question that I need to bring up: do we keep the permipact secret? It may well server our alliance if we were to keep it undisclosed since then other factions would be more willing to cooperate with us. If the CyCon were aware of the permipact, I doubt they would be as willing to pact with our faction.

I mean they surely will open an "embassy" in our faction, and if a SECRET pact is then discovered, wouldn´t that make us look... suspicious...?

They may have already suspected that the Drones and us have some kind of relationship. They probably are suspecting that it is a pact, but probably don't know that it is gonna be a perm pact. So we should keep it secret as long as we could. Let them be in that suspecting but not knowing for sure state.
