	Searching for threads by same poster... Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

...there seems to be no option for this. I want to search the OT archive for threads that were all posted by the same poster, a specified one, but it's not working this way. Best chances are I get all threads the specified poster posted in.

Room for improvement? Nonsensical idea anyway? Should Ecthelion rule all over Earth?

Alternatively, you can search for all posts by a certain poster in a certain forum with the regular search function(but I don't think that works for the Archives).

Just don't include a search term, since most posts aren't indexed.

Ah yes, now I remember that was my solution when wanting to do that search. Hard to do though if the post was like more than 60 days ago and you have to wade through hundreds or thousands of threads to find the one you're looking for.

Yes there is. Use the dropdown bars at the bottom of the forum you are interested in to list all threads by thread starter, in alphabetical order.
