I find this entire article hideously amusing. It's at http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/a...RTICLE_ID=34037 and the printable version is too long to post here. The link does not require a password.

In short, the article focuses on the concerns of two Dem senators in the US, who fear that the iminent relocation of a smart bomb munitions factory to mainland China may constitute a safety hazard.

I first thought Joseph Heller had written this.

Underlined text is a holdover from the days of typewriters. Emphasis should always be indicated with italics, never underlines. In fact, underlines should only be used to indicate hyperlinks.
