Just out of interest, what sort of work is believed to go on in Area 51? I'd assumed it was some sort of aircraft testing zone, so I'm wondering how all the hazardous materials fit in.

I used to read this alternative news site daily It was called "Wake up America!". But now when I search it up, I get some whacko saying hes a prophet and that China and Russia are going to attack the US and the US being evil will fall and Russia being evil will fall and China will rise. UGH.

So I continue searching, and I find it. It says it's moved...I click the link, and it's a porn site!!!! I want my Wake Up America! back

Some of the materials used to absorb radar can be quite toxic. The allegation by the employees that they were ordered to burn these materials on windward side of the base and they were forced to work in the toxic smoke. One of the workers got "scaley" skin (I assume it dried and cracked), others are reporting weird sicknesses and resperatory diseases.

Because it's a secret base, there no accounting or environmental regulation at the base

Area 51 is just an area the airforce tests it's new aircraft.

The F-22 was tested there along with the B2 bomber

That's just stupid. Why would the government even bother to do that?

Actually there are two sites there. The first site used to be in viewing range, however the Gov. bought the land in the early 90s that we could go up on a mountain and look at the first site from about 15 miles away.
The other site in some 10 to 15 miles away over a mountain range from the site were they test new secret aircraft. The second site is rumor to have some weird thing there, but since no one is talking, we really don't know. Some years ago, there was a satellite (France) showing area 51. You could see the main site with runways, but the other smaller site may have had runways to, just can't remember.

All flights are at night.

Planes that were tested at area 51 that we know of, were the SR-71, Halve Blue, and the F-117. They say that there are other planes that have been buried there after testing was completed. If that is true, that is to bad. Some 50 years from now, they could be in the Air Force Museum.

The F-22 is being tested at Edwards.
The B-2 was tested at Edwards also. It was only secret that we were building one. After it was Built, they roll it out and aloud the public to see it.

I have heard a rumor that there is indeed an alien ship being stored at the really secret part of area 51. However, the ship is just hull fragments (it crashed after all). Supposedly, analyzing these fragments have help us make advances in materials science.

I'm not sure but maybe one is Air Force and the other is NAvy? There could be another explination though.
