For ease of reference, these are how things stood in the latest save, with notable SE effects (Categories not mentioned are +0):
Roze- 28 votes. Frontier, FM, Survival
Thus: +2 Econ, -6 Police, -3 Planet, +2 Probe

Thus: -2 Morale, -1 Econ, +2 Support, +2 Police, +3 Growth, +3 Ind
Miriam- 25 votes. Frontier, Planned, Survival
Thus: -2 Effic, +2 Growth, -1 Planet, +1 Probe, +1 Ind, -2 Research
PEACE- 16 votes. Frontier, Simple, Wealth
Thus: -2 Morale, +1 Econ, -1 Effic, -1 Growth, +1 Ind
Cycon- 15 votes. Frontier, Planned, Wealth
Thus:-2 Morale, +1 Econ, +1 Growth, +2 Ind, +2 Research
Drones- 12 votes. Frontier, FM, Wealth
Thus: -2 Morale, +3 Econ, -5 Police, -3 Planet, +3 Ind, -2 Research
PUT- 12 votes. Frontier, FM, Wealth

Roze and Miriam being pacted, its likely (certain?) Miriam would add her votes to Roze.
Please direct your attention to the Hive stats. They are going to have monstrous bases soon, what with the fast growth + ease of building units to make use of their police rating. The Planetary Transit Tystem and (was it the Genome Project?) don't hurt them either. It gets even worse for us if they grab Ascetic Virtues.
The Drones with their Economy and Industry are particularly potent as well.
The PUT will soon (if not already) start feeling the bite of drones in a big way, but their Econ/Research is still significant, though probably not as worrisome as the Hive or Drones.
And of course our friends, the Cycon, with respectable stats all around, who look like they are about to build Virtual World (crawlers at nearly every base)...too bad for the PUT. [Soon it may be a good time to start carefully sowing the seeds of conflict between PUT and Cycon...]
All in all, if left to progress naturally, our strength relative to the other factions can probably ONLY DECLINE as time goes on. Our peak will end 15-30 years. I reccomend we start seriously considering military action.
