	Need feedback on future plans. Increase Your PM Length

There are six issues I'm pondering.

* PTS pop booming. We build 3 colony pods in a new base, send 2 them to other cities so we can start using specialists, with the third we rebuild the base and get 2 extra population. For 63 minerals we get 2 population that is placed where we and we regain 10 minerals when the base is replanted.

* Moving the captial to HongHu-KongHu in about 2144. It's not the centre of our empire, however later in the game I think it can be made into a super science city with a large trawler fleet. It will also become well protected after we do the landraising. The move date will be roughly when I disband "the hive" and replant the city with a sensor under it. Normally I wouldn't consider it, however with the PTS we get extra population from doing that.

* At Rokossovky and Central Planning the nutrients available allows for size 5 cities with extra librarians. I intend to build those two cities up to size 5 with recycling tank and network node and make them mini-science cities.

* I'm thinking of pushing back the CN build to around to 2141. The crawlers we require to build it are actually available in 2138, they're within range in 2139. I believe the chance is low that someone else has loyalty and the additional industry will further our strength. Also it's about time we spent more minerals on developing our cities and terraforming further.

* I was playing around with the F4 screen and found out with a size 4 city you can allocate librarians. Can someone confirm whether this is intended or not, because I think I read somewhere that you're only supposed to use something other than a doctor after size 5.

* Since we're permipacted am I authorised to carbon copy proposals into the drone forum whenever I feel it would be useful? Getting feedback from buster and the others may give me a new perspective.

In addition to these issues there was the increase in terraformers I proposed earlier. If nobody naysays we're going to build another 9 terraformers in the next 2 turns.

Join the campaign for a network node in YOUR local base. Wouldn't do any harm at all to get some node in.

Yeay! The residence of HongHu-KongHu are working reealy hard to prepare for the most important day of the HongHu-KongHu history. We are currently painting the xenofungus with green color so they look like grass. What a beautiful capital you'll see.

	Increase the size of your Attachments

Colony pod boost sounds like an excellent idea. In fact I will use it in my pbem right now. One question, we don't have police units yet right? Now how are we going to calm the drones? Or are we going to use lots of specialists? Say most cities will have 6 after the pod arrives. Also most likely they are all drones right? Since PTS drones reduction effect only works for base 3 and under. Therefore, if we have 2 scouts we can have two workers, others need to be specialists. If it is size 6, does that mean all the specialist can be librarians? Or some of them has to be doctors?

As for librarians for size 4 and under, I've heard about that. In my pbem we have a rule against doing that.

• Capital move: hm, well, if it helps... I hope the city of HongHu-KongHu is going to be a better capital than the Hive...
  And we should start working on a PRAVDA special edition for that event... with LOTS of roleplay-articles, by residents, workers, perhaps the drivers who bring the politicians to their new home etc.
  
• Formers: Attention! Vast decrease in terraformer costs! Because of a new government program the protected market is flooded with new Formers! Get one today!!!

Do the drones (or anybody really), have Doct:Loyalty? Will we still initiate the decoy capital plan?

Nobody has loyalty so far as far as I can tell.
