Greetings all. I've received all the preferences, so let's get this show on the road. Apologies to those who didn't receive their top preferences, but unfortunately not everyone can be Russia and Turkey, or the game would be rather dull. This game will be vanilla (standard) diplomacy - due to the closeness of the vote and the presence of numerous new players I do not think it is wise to play Fleet Rome variant.

Can people please confirm that their email is correct?

House Rules

1. 24 hours grace period will apply in the first instance of failing to meet the deadline. Once the grace period elapses rule 2 will come into effect. Second offences have a 12 hour grace period. Subsequent failures will result in the implementation of rule 2 with immediate effect.

2. Like Boshko, I have no desire to NMR players and stall the game. Players who fail to submit moves within the guidelines as outlined in rule 1 will have their moves submitted by an outside party.

3. Any player deemed to have NMRed twice in succession will be subject to replacement at the discretion of the GM subject to circumstance.

I thought chegitz wanted to be Turk and was supposed to be Italian. Well Russia is fine for me, I would probably have lost with Italy in no time as many of you hinted me. But If Chegitz wants to switch places with me I have no objections.
