Heir to the Danish throne will marry Microsoft lawyer next spring Support Apolyton

The heir to the Danish throne, Crown Prince Frederik, 35, will marry Microsoft Business Solutions lawyer, Mary Donaldson, 31, of Tasmania, come next spring. This was confirmed in a press release from the Danish Court earlier today.

It didn't come as a surprise, though. Prince Frederik and Mary Donaldson met at the Sydney Olympics, and she moved from Sydney to London, and then later to Copenhagen more than 1 year ago.

In Australia she was a real estate agent, but apparently that was good enough to land her a high paying job as a lawyer for Microsoft in Denmark.

Congratulations to them.
