As many nations root out terrorists, Algeria suffers from an increase in terrorist activities, attempts to find or stop these terrorists have failed.

A Islamic suicide attack kills 6 people in Paris and damaging the Arc de Triomphe, the French are outraged and the Algerian terrorists have claimed they are the cause of the attack.
The French are planning to strike at Algeria and stamp out the terrorist threat, they have the military backing of Spain and Italy.

Suicide bomber kills 8 people in attack on an Israeli police station in Jerusalem, following the attack Palestinians are kept under house arrest for most of the day, and arnt allowed to go to certain areas.

Huge Riots in many Africa nations, Africans are rebelling because of droughts and food shortages, the governments barely hold onto power.

UN Weapon Inspectors have failed to find any weapons of mass destruction, but many inspectors feel they are been given the runaround, lots of times they haven’t been allowed into certain buildings.

-Brace all major western cities for a nuclear attack. Station troops to move into China at a moment's notice. If nuked, invade.
-If the war is successful, annex Manchuria (including Beijing) as a Russian state.
-Do not retaliate with our own nukes. Save them for emergency purposes.

-Commence airstrikes on China. Priority targets: Media and power stations, dams, bridges, etc.
-Establish air superiority over Manchuria and Sinkiang.
-Transfer the bulk of armed forces to Russo-Chinese border and invade.
-Fortify Vladivostock and other key points on the Yalu-Amur Rivers.
-Remember how Vladivostock is a submarine base? Use the subs basing there to blockade major Chinese ports. Sink all Chinese ships, and any non-allied merchant ships within a drawn-up "restricted zone." Cruise liners, non-Chinese warships, etc. are not to be harmed.
-Convince other nations that recognizing Taiwan is a good idea.
