	Notice of Absense Enter the AD-FREE zone

My mother's long term medical condition came to a sudden crisis yesterday and today. She had ALS. She passed away a short time ago. I am home contacting relatives.

I wanted to drop by to let you folks know that I will not be around much in the next number of days.

BigFree PM'ed me some shots, and questions. I do not have time to go into things now. Can someone contact him?

I have been around, as may have been noticed.

The service was yesterday. My brother flies out tomorrow. I should be able to resume 'normal' after that. Almost.

It would be very good if at least one other could continue playing turns.

nye, I am not sure why you haven't burned out by now, considering both the historical pace of activity here and in the ISDG, as well as RL issues.

Actually... I do have some news of further distractions. I have found out that work is going to be busier for me as of when I go back on Monday. I do not know how long that will last.

I will definitely not be able to play too many turns. We definitely need to get it together in playing as a team so that SR, myself and maybe one other can get the turns done and stay on plan.

Before I start another Note of Absence thread, I bump this one.

I will have guests at home for a week from today on, so I can't pay that much attention to the demogame (and civing as a whole), and certainly can't spend several hours to collect a turn. I will be barely able to play my PBEM turns and to keep the PtWDG2 alive, where I'm practically alone in my team, with OctavianX stepping in on occasions.

Should we get the turn during this time, I will comment it and post my recommendations, as I find time, but please don't count on me to play it.

Wow, I didn't know you guys were hurting too. FP and I have been running the show for CoD, but now we do have 2 new members who at least post their thoughts and whatnot.

Well I'm back from the Air Force (yes I'm still in it) and I'm picking up some of the old pieces of my life (like Civilization, RTCW, etc) . Any room around here for me?

My mother in law (gads!) is in town staying with us til sunday... and her chihuahua.....that has fleas.....and she's staying in my office which has our guest bed, so I can only sneak in a little on-line time and probably no civ time til sunday....
