Ooops, sorry, aatw, I missed your post.
I am pretty far along. I am at the end-of-turn-review.
Rather than send you the save, let me throw out some thoughts, wait a bit for your response, and then send this sucker out.
* We can research Astronomy in nine turns at 6.4.0 and 41gpt, or keep it and no research, i.e., 10.0.0, and 177gpt.
* I'll do screenshots and whatnot, but the key question in southern Bob is whether to move aggressively... I have thus far chosen to stay at Barc 441, with:
5 Pike
12 Knights
5 MedInf
1 Cat
3 Workers, who just completed a road
Remember, there are 8 ND Ansars who can attack, and an unknown number of GoW Riders.
I feel like I am just about done... any thoughts?

* Arashi is at 6 content and 4 unhappy, building a Colosseum. Huh?
* I may have posted this above... we can get iron from Lego if we want.
* Playing the turn is an interesting experience... I'd like to suggest that more of the team try it, especially Arrian and some of the newer members. First, it is f*cking WORK, and we should respect TREMEDOUSLY our regular players. Second, it gives one a much better feel for the game. Third, and this is waaaay important, we are KICKING *SS... the recent setback on Bob notwithstanding, our economy and military build-up are amazing... ND and Lego are performing, as well, but the PTWDG world does not have a CLUE as to what we are about to unleash. Heck, in an SP game, just playing for my own fun, I'd prolly give this up as won already.
* I've noticed something lately, maybe in the AUSG threads... I / we improve core tiles RELENTLESSLY... "Civ3, the Worker Game." For those of you that actually open the game... kudos to Dominae, Nathan, and others who managed our domestic development.
I'm gonna wait a little bit, and then send this on.

(I actually left shortly after your post after mine, so no biggie)

Damn. How long if we researched invention ourselves, as we won't get it anytime soon from Lego. It would be a good idea to either research it or steal it from lego as we can then tell how expensive gunpowder is and tell if someone has discovered it.

Thats odd. shouldn't that be a unit or something, I've been a bit out of the loop lately. And since we are prepping elipolis for the fp move, why build a colosseum there? hmmm

Agreed, not enough appreciation can be shown to the turnplayers.

Well, you are a bit more confident than I am. I can't see pamplona holding out more than 5 turns, especially since we've given GoW a nice stack of cats. If they do that cat switching trick, they would double the pounding actoin on Pamplona. Vicious. Is there anyway to interdict those cats before they arrive in alamo? My thoughts are no.

Agreed, my game has improved tremendously while watching those guys in action. I can't help but wonder what our civ would look like in Lego's position. ah to dream...
hey, good job with the turn. If something goes wrong, then ah well. Such is the price when playing humans.
