	"You aren't my friend anymore" Hive-Pirate relationship termination? Increase the size of your Attachments

Basically the Pirates aren't talking to us, and we don't trust them. Should we consider terminating our Treaty of Friendship?

As it stands we are both getting a small ec income from commerce, and we would lose this if we cancelled the treaty. They would lose theirs too. The question is, would this action :

a) make them mad
b) wake them up
c) they wouldn't even notice we were gone

The idea would be to draw thier atention to us - a relationship needs a certain amount of work from both sides, like the Pirates actually REPLYING to us sometimes...

Wow there's an ec income from commerce that I'm not aware of!

It must be another bug with SMAX that isn't showing this commerce to me. I always thought that extra 0.05 ECs every turn was from Jamski's embezzling schemes, but now I know better.

Why wouldn't we have any commerce income from the treaty with the Pirates? I always thought that the commerce may actually be to ours benefit. Hmmmm

Well, I´d say we warn them first, then wait about two days and then cancel it if it needs to be.

The Pirated might be invulnerable by now, but they can´t afford to get enemies that soon, especially since
1) Miriam is a major threat that needs their complete attention
2) We´re the Hive, the most likely warfaring faction

I voted don't do anything. I don't know why do we need to anything (other than showing Hive's arrogance perhaps?) and if doing anything will help.

I have. In my dictionary I have stratocumulus, stratosphere, and stratovolcano. No stratologist.
