Dear alliance members,

As a new minister elected to defend our democratic Dictatorship I promise to keep our colonies safe and do not allow those hatred aliens to come and torment our colonists. With the help of our brave space pilots and well-equipped warriors I will not allow our citizens to suffer and will lead them to military victory. My paradigm will be "High morale". Everyone should serve well and lead by our wise and powerful dictator-president we will dominate the galaxy. Neither aliens nor antarans will stop us. Their only option will be to serve us, or die ....

I shall ensure that all of our ships are well equipped and ready to lead victorious war against the enemies.
