Well, that's rather difficult, seeing as how my internet's lagged up and there's not much to say anyway. However...

Firstly, if you want to see my basic vision for the Human Hive, see the Avestite manifesto, posted elsewhere.

Regarding the process of being Chairman, however, I plan to do the following:

- Consult all other Secretaries regarding convenient turnchat times, so that as many as possible can attend (they'll most likely be held on weekends);

- Hold quickpolls in the chat if something important needs to be decided and there's no time for a proper poll (those who were members of the last game while I was Commissioner should recall my performance then);

- And I will also make sure to log turnchats and post clear and concise reports afterwards.

You're free to ask questions, but owing to my aforementioned internet problems and the fact that I'll be going away tommorrow, I likely won't be able to answer them before the poll closes.
