	Auto-citizen and Auto-build Increase the size of your Attachments

I've already posted this in the Help forum and got no replies. I thought I might try here.

Whenever I play a quick battle my citizens automatically gather things and build buildings without me telling them to. This is extremely annoying, especially when I'm saving up for something. Also, my unit-producing buildings automatically build units. This is even more annoying because I'll often get an army or a fleet built up and only see it ten minutes later. It wastes resources.

These things happen regardless of what I set the auto-citizen option to. Has anyone had this problem? Is there any way to fix it?
