	Civ3 scenario editor? WHERE??? Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

OK. I am a COMPLETE newbie to this game and i must be a friggin moron but how the hell do you access the scenario editor??? i've read the manual, i've searched faqs and even this forum, but i can't access it!!! even the game box says "Game editor suite lets you creat customized civilizations, maps and rules"... is it just MY copy of the game or what!? please help!!!

Start-->Programs-->Infogrames Interactive-->Civilization 3-->Civ3 Editor-->Editor.exe

Or something like that. It is a stand-alone application; you do not access it from within the game.

If you are such a newbie... wouldn't you rather play the game a little before you start scenario construction?
