How should I know? If I knew what it said, I could use one of those English to Chinese translators, then post it back here to see if it makes sense. (Providing I can get big5 or unicode to work).

Are you using Unicode? I don't think Unicode works very well over the Web even if it bloody should. Try using the double byte system - JIS or something.

Yeah, I'm using Unicode as it's pretty well the standard input method on the Mac OS. I actually have no idea how to switch to JIS input...

Maybe. I found some information on JIS in the Mac OS help program, but it's all in Japanese so it doesn't really help that much. I guess I'll just have to do some trial and error.

Another thing you can try to do is to make your browser to display Unicode. You can do that in Mozilla and MSIE -- probably Opera too, but I don't have it so I can't tell.
