	City Orders Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I have been analyzing the save and have come to the conclusion that after their current horse builds these cities will be released from"emergency war duty". Please look and suggest what builds they should do.
The number in parenthes is the year they will complete their war build.
Bad Karma(300)
Deep Dark Dungeon(300)
Ningpao(300)
Macao(300)
Dreadnaughtica(300) I suggest worker
Skulgaria(310)
Paoting(310)
Tralfalgar(290) I suggest Marketplace
The Hill(290) I suggest Marketpalce

It is my intention that the camps produce horse and Imperial City(after Marketplace) produce rider for the duration. This will give us 3 extra riders every 2 turns.

Of course if the military situation changes we might well have to start horse building again.

FYI, after the round of builds currently underway we will have a total of 52 horse/riders(not including loses). However with our finances we won't have all upgraded to riders until 330(though only one will be upgraded that turn, so we have 51 by 320). with the continued builds etc, we will catch up to all upgrades of horse by 340, when we will have a total of 58Riders(barring loses).

If anybody wants to voluntarily use their city to build horse that is ok, just I want you to know it is no longer a military necessity.

What happened to the list of who's in charge of which cities?

The Hill would certainly like a Marketplace.

And possible a courthouse or a grainery for Deep Dark Dungeon.

In the last city shuffle, GF got Bad Karma.
