Why is that? nye has 51%. How much is the minimum for a first round win?

I have nothing against a run-off, I'm just being curious ... Actually I'd enjoy more campaign banners from MZ

Didn't make the vote in time... (I didn't have access to a computer this week).
Add +1 manually for nye.

Put an end to popups!

notyoueither has won this election with ~54% of the vote. There is thus no need for a runoff. notyoueither, barring other circumstances, will hold his office until January.

This election is over. The thread can be de-topped.

Tired of ads?

This was certainly an interesting election. I would like to thank everyone who voted. We got 42 voters this time, let's see if we can get more in the next one.

Oooooh Jesus.

Just as well - looks like it would have been 44 voters. If Hagbart had made it and.... if I hadn't been occupied with RL to the point that I forgot to vote....

I guess you better hope that people do a better job remembering to vote for you next month than you did of remembering to vote this month

I'll have you know that I would have voted first, but I didn't want to influence the voting with my own vote.

This democracy where you can see everyone else's votes is DANGEROUS.

Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

I am proud to say that I voted first.

I am also glad to see that it did positively influence everybody.

Congrats nyE.

I always make it a point not to look at the results before voting. It's not the right thing to do.

And I am very happy whenever MWIA does the poll. We are just 1 (2 in summer) time-zone apart, so I always get to vote first or second.
