IndiaStar: There have been many questions regarding our rise to power. This international conference of world leaders will answer most, if not all, of these questions.
IndiaStar: The question asked by most is - Who are you? We are the current rulers of the Indian Alliance. We have desposed of Tassadar for he is our antithesis. He stands for corruption and greed. He wished to have the entire human race under the Indian banner.
IndiaStar: We could not allow this. There was much unhappiness amongst the ranks of military officers, whom were not pleased of all the wars Tassadar was fighting. They were being paid well, however, and did not attempt to rebel against Tassadar.
IndiaStar: However when we were awakened we saw this as an oppritunity to rid the world of this filth. We proceeded to talk with high-ranking military officials. After we got their backing, we presented this challenge to Tassadar. He saw reason, and stepped down.
IndiaStar: It is true there has been very little activity amongst the small rebellious groups. That is because they wanted power. They did not want evolution and progression, and therefore they remain small.
IndiaStar: However we have learned that power is not the ultimate objective. We were destroyed by those who wanted power and we see it in your race. It fills every crack and crevice. It poisons your lives and straps you down. You think you make progress when you can construct machines, however that is not progress.
IndiaStar: Your scientists claim you have existed for 100,000-1,000,000 years. This is false. We have observed your race for over 125,000,000 years. For we are not human. We are, as you would call, aliens.
IndiaStar: 2,562 years ago our race was at the peak of ultimate transcendence. More and more of our people were becoming ascended masters, and enlightenment spread throughout Mars. However...We foolishly assumed this was affecting the entire population. It was not.
IndiaStar: It was affecting only about 99 percent of our population. But that one percent would cause the destruction of us.
IndiaStar: Much like your nuclear weapons, we had developed a large weapon with massive potential. This weapon was the size of the former Earth nation of Belarus, and had enough potential to destroy all of Mars. It was a deterrent for all wars, and it worked...
IndiaStar: However, there were those in power whom wanted more control. They wanted to stop the evolution, for it weakened their powerbase. Therefore, they outlawed ascendence. They could not punish those whom had ascended, so they threatened to detonate the superweapon of Mars. Nobody believed they would do such a thing.
IndiaStar: But they were wrong. These people, crazed with the objective of power, detonated the device...Many parts of Mars began to sink for unknown reasons. Your maps indicate they are no longer above water. The rest of mars began to rapidly decay....
IndiaStar: There was technology which could transfer the essence of bodybeings into data and store them. We stored our data on unique metal deposits which were (commercially) small...
IndiaStar: In the provence where we resided, it was decreed that Martians shall immediately transfer into metal disks, possibly to be reawakened by the Humans when they achieved space travel...And so it was done.
IndiaStar: And now we have been reawakened. A small percentage of us have been re-integrated back into physical beings, while most of us currently reside on computers....
IndiaStar: Now we control one of Earths nations: India. We have reversed many of the decisions that Tassadar made, for they were instituted for selfish reasons.

What's going on in India?
It is still unclear what happened in the Indian nation, according to our reporters sent in the area it looks like an elite of 13 "strange looking" men have seized power and have exiled the previous government.
Also according to an investigation that was later made pubblic those 13 men arrived from a Martian Ship waving the Flag of the Indian Martian Colony Independist Movement.
New Metal bad for brain
The Metal Deposits discovered on Mars by Indian Corporations were closed down after big incident happened to the people working in there. According to the hospital were those workers the new metal athomic structure was too unstable, and when it had contact with the Oxygen athoms it started a radioacivity process that attacked the brain molecules of the workers.
Nonetheless the 28 workers that were infected managed to recover and went back home.
Pakistan on the move
With the collapse of the prevoius government many troops, still loyal to the old government in exile have surrendered to the Pakistani forces, in exchange the Pakistan government granted them political asilum and allowed them to leave free in Pakistan.
The Pakistan Army managed to retake most of the lost territories thanks to a renewed morale between the troops and a great support from the liberated population.
AEU Antarctic Colonies start to grow
The recent bills passed in the AEU in order to promote the colonization of Antarctica region are starting to pay off, many corporations have opened new factories there with the incentive of having a 6 years tax break. And therefore also a few people moved there in order to find a good job.
The AEU Moon colony keeps prospering as well, thanks to a booming population growth and a good network with the various allied bases and colonies.

Raid in New Boston against the Boston Tea Party Association
The Military Police of the NBE have infiltrated into the Boston Tea Party Association HQ, arresting several people for high treason who are now waiting to be judged by the NBE Grand Council.
However later in the same night a bomb near the New Boston Harbour exploded sinking 2 merchant ships. This new attack showed the NBE government that the Boston Tea Party Association is far from being defeated.
Bombay in revolt
After a little children refused to have planted an ID Chips and while trying to escape was killed by the police, the whole city of Bombay revolted against the New Indian Government, the city governor and other government officials escaped from the city.
Bombay have declared herself capital of the real Indian democracy.
Similar revolts happened also in other cities, following the Bombay one, but this time the police was more prepared and when needed the military intervened hard against the rebels.
Indian economy collapsing
The Indian economy is now in a big crisis, many investrors have left India fearing the new situation, and many people outside of India are avoiding Indian goods, many supermarkets have stopped importing Indian products knowibng they would remain unsold.
In a similar way also the Chinese economy is suffering, due to the fact that the flow of money from India to China have been stopped.
- Russia have started a total reformation of the armed forces. The Navy and the Air Force should be enlarged in 2 turns.
- All Projects started by the old Indian government have been stopped.
- The WAF have started several projects in order to combat the crisis and be back to a good economical growth (2 turns out of crisis - 5 turns enlarge economy).
Looking at the bad situation in India the army is being enlarged as well (3 turns)
- The NBE military is too undergoing a great reformation, the navy and the space navy should increase in size in the next 2 and 3 turns respectively.
The Economy is doing better thanks to government subsidies.
- Looking at the general military build up around the world the US is pushing to increase its military as well. In 4 turns the army should reach a medium size, while in 5 the Air Force should grow as well.
The good relations with the WAF have boosted the economy a bit as well. (4 turns to improve)
- Many Martian nations are getting ready for a possible invasion of the Indian Martian Colony. In between them even the peaceful Akassou started mobilizing their armed forces.

-Extricate Brazillian citizens held against their will by the new Indian gov't. by any means possible. This includes commando raids on Indian prisons.
-Have ready 100 men to transfer to Tibet to help safeguard the Indian government in exile.

Chinese Empire
To the world
Shocking images flood the news all over the world, showing a 400 year old Buddhist Temple in the holy city of Lhasa collapsing after two missiles hit the western front of the building.
Now it is obvious that those were launched from a site in New Indian territory, and aimed at the Indian exile regime in Tibet.
Although itŽs not proofed yet, we believe that the turncoat had transmitted the current residence coordinates of Tassadar II, son of Tassadar I and leader of the exile regime.
Almost sixty Tibetians were killed in that hostile action, and seven foreigners are still missing. This day brought death to our empire, but this time we wonŽt lean back and wait until things are settled by itself.
Firing missiles on foreign territory during a state of peace is clearly a declaration of war. From this day on, the Asian Confederation finds itself in a state of war against the regime of the New Indian Alliance.
Emperor Huang Di, still suffering from a bad flu, has expressed his regret, but also his shock at the recent events. In his short speech to the Grand Counsil, which was also attended by leaders of the Indian exile regime, he ensured that all territory gained will be rightful possession of the Indian people. This war only targets the oppressive government of the New Indian Alliance and their henchmen.
The population is asked to either draw up for service or help their country by providing supplies for the army.
ORDERS
- Answer the Indian declaration of war
- mobilize the reserves. All military units are put to highest alert
- Strategic command goes to the Indian exile regime, i.e. Tassadar II.
- Use the spacefleet to gather intel on enemy defences
- Start teaching medical personnel about how to remove the ID chips (this technique was research last turn by examining the chip implanted into the Indian agent / traitor)
- The emperial air force shall begin to bombard enemy defenses. Use of carpet bombs is prohibited
- Run extensive campaign to cause unrest among the Indian population. They must help us by rising up against their oppressors
- The emperial navy shall block all military ports in India, and coastal submarines shall broadcast propaganda against the regime. Tassadar will have the right words for that

-Declare war on the illegitimate government of India currently ruling it.
-Transfer the bulk of the Brazillian army to any nation along the Indian border that will welcome their presence.
-Begin a massive propaganda campaign to encourage other nations, particularly those belonging to the La Paz Pact, to follow suit.
-Begin bombing critical Indian gov't. installations under a cover of darkness from bases in China and, again, any nearby country that will host Brazillian forces. High-priority targets include centers where ID chips are inserted. Try to injure as few civilians as possible.
-Send a task force to Bombay to help secure it against reprisals by the illegitimate government of India.
-(Secret: Send in a team of assassins to try to take out the "Infamous 13" and collapse the illegitimate government from the ground up. Hopefully removing the leadership behind the evil attack on the civilians will halt the war.)
