Although we cannot speak for our emperor, who hasn´t been seen since days, the people of the Chinese Empire as well as the Ascon members all mourn the losses taken in the coward NBE attack on peaceful citizens in Delhi.
The Princess Dhuan will start a diplomatic journey around the world tonight, with a first stop in Brasilia. She will deliver our deepest condolences for the Brasilian victims, like your famous sportscaster, as well as start talks about further economic developement of both South America and Asia.

Mars
Today, 4:34 am, more than 225,000 brave men and women of the Chinese Space Corps (CSC) haved departed from their military camp in Tian Tang. While the military administration was not willing to tell us their destiny, it is believed that these special forces will be part of a massive assault on either the NBE itself or one of its allies.
Rumors also tell us about another 400,000 AsCon troops that probably support the Chinese elites.
Of course we will update you on further developements! (or at least Giovanni will do so  )

Worried, even terrified people kneel in front of the forbidden city entrance, crying and praying, dropping flowers and Buddha statuettes all along the walls.
The reason for this is the now 5 day long absence of any life sign by both Emperor Huang Hi of China and King Dhou of Manchuria.
While official sources try to calm the masses down by "They´re fine, just exhausted from their long disease", rumors go they´ve both already died or even they´ve been kidnapped or killed by NBE forces.
Of course this is all highle vague and of dubious credibility.

More than 12,400 engineers, construction workers and other people have begun working on the new permanent AsCon Headquarters building in the capital of the poorest AsCon member today. Reason for this is the expected increase in income and reputation of the location of the centre of Asia´s most powerful alliance.
Experts also say this was the first step of the dissolve of country borders within the AsCon, since China has gave up its claims to host the new AsCon capital. But this is just opinions, officials stated, and nothing that could be trusted or taken as given.
Right now it is predicted the work will be finished in one year, with an estimated total cost of 1.7 billion INR, more than three times the GNP of Myanmar...

While we respect the decision to continue hostilities with us, we fear that you may have closed an unreopenable door to a reasonable peace. Do not expect to hear any further diplomatic messages from us in the near future.

We thank you for showing your support by sending a diplomatic team to Brazil and other nations. The talks went well in Brasilia, and, in truth, Princess Dhuan is quite a charming young lady.
Regarding your Emperor's recent illness, from the symptoms that have been released by the press some of our medical experts are in the opinion that it may be a tropical illness similiar to those that once ravaged the backwaters of our country. Of course, such cases were rare outside of South and Central America, and have sharply declined within Brazil since vaccinations for it were made possible. We propose that we send over some medical officials to diagnose and, if possible, treat Emperor Huang Di, no strings attached.

The Capital of NBE:
Minister of Defense:"It is only a matter of time before we fall against the Earth forces. I know that Jack did not intent to start a world war, but the man had gone mad with visions of becoming some short of great hero to the people of Mars."
Minister of State:"I agree. We must stop him now while we still have the chance, while we are still in controll and stop this madness now."
The other minister all agree on what their next course of action will be.
WIth 1,000 troops they strom the home of Jack in the middle of the night. AFter a firce fight witht the body guards they finaly make there way into the house. BUt their leader, President Jack, is no where to be found. It appears that he fled hour before knowing that Earth forces were close to invading NBE.

We agree to unconditional surrender. We have taken controll of the government and wish to end this bloody war before millions our people that will surely die in the invasion that is soon to come. We though cannot find the fromer leader Jack. He has escaped our forces.

We accept your unconditional surrender. Indian troops are now entering your nation. Any civilians firing at troops will become combatants of the former regieme and will be shot.
Your government will submit to provisional Indian rule, or the surrender agreement will dissolve and a state of war will exist again.
You must hand over the entire sum of all your files to the Provisional Indian Government. You must hand over all passwords and encryption methods over to India.
All private companies within the New Boston Empire are temporarily frozen and will be investigated. Companies found to be counter-revolutionary will be eliminated.

PEACE!
Yes, peace has come to the planet of war. Brazil is no longer at war with the New Bostonians.
Yesterday, at 11:03 PM BT (Brazil Time), the President of Brazil and the leader of the Provisional Government of New Boston signed a treaty officially ending hostilities between the two countries. Friends and family are looking forward to the return home of their fathers, brothers, sons, and fishing buddies who were called upon to serve their country. Of course, many have fallen on the beaches of New Boston, and many more are held in prisons within that country, but in the case of the latter there is still hope on this side of eternity that they will be able to make it back to those they hold closest.
Soccer Riot in Brasilia Claims 13, Many More Injured
This weekend friendly team rivalries became heated when, for reasons unknown, fans of the two teams began violently assaulting each other with anything they could get their hands on, and even their hands themselves. Riot control police and a local unit of the Brazillian National Guard managed to break up the fight involving approximately 75,000 fans, but not before 7 men were killed and several more were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries. Before the night had ended, 6 more had been taken by death, bringing the total thus far to 13.
Soccer riots are not new to Brazil, and in fact are almost as old as the sport itself. This, however, was the most violent outbreak in nearly 38 years, and disaster was averted only with the presence of military officials, riot control police having been unable to restore order on their own. It is thought that the surge in national patriotism and the vigor brought by the announcement of peace, combined with the ever-present fanaticism characteristic of the sport, pushed the fans over the edge.
The owner of the stadium has decided not to press charges for damages against those involved.
