Comrades, it seems that every few days Kody has to remind us that he simply can't control the whole Hive on his own. We need people to cover the following jobs to assist his planning.
THESE JOBS ARE NOT HARD TO DO AND YOU DON'T EVEN NEED A CALCULATOR!
A new Marshal is needed in the continuing absence of Roko to direct millitary/probe movements. I suggest either Octavian, Vev or the Chairman himself, but anyone can volunteer. If we don't get one, millitary units WILL NOT BE MOVED!
A deputy to Kody is required so he can go on holiday sometimes. He has been trying to instruct me, Micha and Vev in the secrets of his planning, but again, anyone can do it. Apply now for the position of DEPUTY TURN PLANNER/PLAYER!
I also suggest that HongHu expand her intelligence activities to include the Pirates, as we now have full infilteration. Of course others are welcome to appy for the position, but we may want to rely on HongHu.
Job 4 : The Chairman's position should be exercised more for diplomatic purposes. He is the one who should conduct official negotiations with our pacted brethren in the Drones and Pirates, in discussion with the rest of the team, as he sees fit.
Anyone who wants to do ANYTHING will be welcome to do it - we are getting desperate.
If noone puts their names forward we may have to shut down Kody Central Planning and play in a MUCH less effecient manner. We are leading the the moment, thanks to Kody really, and as the game progresses and we get more bases and more units and meet more factions, we can't expect Kody to continue to do it all. If noone else volunteers, then I'll take over and you WON'T LIKE THAT AT ALL

This really has gone too far, we need people to participate in more than just occasionally posting spam on the forums. I am as guilty of this as the rest of you, I do converse, as all of us on MSN do, with Comrade Kody about decisions, but he ends up doing all the work.
First and foremost, to get this matter sorted out myself, Vev, HongHu, Jamski, Micha, Octavian, as well as any other active members (forgive me if I failed to mention you) must take on greater administrative responsibilities. From now on when we have a turn-chat the responsibility of posting the turn update should not fall to Comrade Kody (he does more than enough work as it is planning the turns). Jamski, I, or any other present member (in case of our absence) will post the turn update. Run the necessary polls. And other mundane tasks like that. (I know some of you have already been doing this, and I thank you on behalf of Comrade Kody, but we need to do more).
Secondly we must also be actively involved in the planning process. We must decide on the military unit movements, in light of the absence of our Marshal. Until we can find someone to replace him we will make these decisions during a MSN chat well before the turn is actually posted.
Lastly, and I think most importantly, we need to make the in-game domestic decisions as a group. Comrade Kody has been doing all the planning, and he has done a magnificent job, because of this we feel it is best left in his hands, and maybe this indeed is true. But the fact remains that the process it time consuming and to leave it all to one person. Therefore we need a division of labor, we really need people to take on the science planning, terraforming, construction, etc. positions and make plans independently for those. If we divide up tasks like that we can get a lot accomplished in relatively little time (in comparison to what it takes Comrade Kody to plan the entire turn all by himself).

Sounds like a good way to do it. Although it would be nice if someone else organised the screenshot posting. I dislike the way it's done at apolyton.
Another thing. Saving the screenshots as gifs actually gives better fine detail then jpeg and is smaller. The only difference is the color is worse, however for planning purposes we're after detail rather than pictures looking nice.

Ok I could take on science planning if needed or part of the war planning probe actions perhaps or maybe terreforming if nessecary. I do not have an active copy of smacx though that might change soon. (Only have smac sigh) science though I could do without it I think has anyone researched the secrets of the human brain yet by the way? If not we should soon...also to give the science officer more to do we should include special project decisions in that job as well (what should be built and when ect..if it should be rushed)

Science officer isn't just choosing the techs. It's making sure we can follow the beelines without being diverted from tech availability. Also you need to coordinate the beelines between the hive, drones, and might also include the cycon too. Predicted research completion also should be taken into account as it affects the research coordination.
So far I haven't found anyone else up for that.
