	Civ II: HALL IIº JUEGO PROGRESIVO. Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

This is the HALL FOR THE IInd JUEGO PROGRESIVO, here you can write everything about the story of your games.

This would be the only thread of Hall for the entire Juego Progresivo so we have to establish some rules.

First of all, posting is not allowed if you have not posted the save which is related to the playing round. Only me as an organizator is allow to do it.

The goal of these rules is to avoid spoiling the game with privileged information about location of other civilizations or things like those.

No puedo investigar Pottery antes que acumular 200 shields, y ahora ha acumulado sobre 100 en contruir los Jardines Colgantes

Monarchy 1250 BC (realmente me ayudo en la expansion posterior... hasta el 1250 tenia tres ciudades y de puntaje 5)

Yo también tengo Monarchy pero igual mi expansión no ha sido tan grande como hubiera querido...en fin, ya he visto a la primera civilización enemiga y le he tenido que tributar para salvar mi pellejo....

Yo, entre techs de huts y malas opciones al elegir que desarrollar (dos veces no monarchy tech) la tube recién en el 550 :eek!:

en fin, me fue como el orto... como 5 veces suspendí la producción de settlers porque se iba a abandonar la ciudad.... y perdí dos legiones que exploraban el ártico por problemas de suport.

Si, Monarchy en el 625 BC es lento
1250 es bueno
Es mejor que estan Monarchy antes que 1500 BC. En los juegos de Succession los jugadores crecen fussy despues

En los juegos OCC, 2000bc es casi necesario para ganar

I was lucky, because I got a horse from the first hut, so I could discover the better placement for Moscow.... And I was able to build 2 wonder, even if I lost some cities to barbarian (diplos rules!)

si yaros, yo lo movi para el otro lado.. (igual, los bosques sirvieron mucho.. y ademas es dificil usar los 3 especiales desde el principio sin perder un poco de crecimiento y exploración...


BTW, ya exploré toda la antártida...

Si, en el principio no quiero tardar 10 turnos para explotar las colinas (aun el carbon), y los bosques son gratis.

Hasta 1 AD he regado solamente 2 tiles. Los Settlers fue empleado mejor en el roading.

Hasta 1 AD, sólo tengo 3 settlers haciendo roads y irrigation (aunque ya tengo 2 minas y como 3/4 irrigaciones) muchas mas roads...

Yo las pongo separadas, no me gusta ICS... igual, hasta que cambio a monarquía la mayoria tiene o tres unidades o un (o hasta 2) entertainer.. también prefiero trabajar bosques para que no crezcan muy rápido.

despues que llego a monarchy se hace mas leve, y ahora ya empezé con tempos en las ciudades más importantes...

que? yo popié un par de legiones (4 o 5, pero 2 se murieron de frío...) y la primera estaba a 5 tiles del hill al lado de Thebes, y al lado de un warrior, que atacó y la hizo veterana. Capturé Thebes, que fue settler-razed por mala ubicación estratégica, ´destruí una ciudad en el primer tile de rio directo al sur, y la tercera cayó a bárbaros en la costa NO del lago... (después fue destruída por mi...)

En el 1 AD un Dip ha comenzado a circumnavigar la antartida, y N35t0r ha popedo los todos. Estoy lento.

Pero soy perfeccionista… I try to make myself ICS but something always distracts me.
This time I set a goal to have 12 cities by 1 AD. Barely over halfway.

Hey, I resent that commemt! I never play ICS, you'll never see me founding a city inside the radium of another (not even an enemy city). It is unlikely that I build more than 25 in a game, even in a large map. ICS spoils the game.

In the beginning the only meaningful thing you can build is settlers or wows. I do both. It makes no sense start building improvements so early in the game. You need the money for other things i.e. appease barbs.
