	Haters of fast food rejoice! Suffering from ads?

Personally I find it sad but I'm sure some of you might be interested to know that Joan B. Kroc, the billionaire widow of McDonald's Corp. founder Ray Kroc died in her San Diego home today. After her husband died in 1984 she became a huge philanthropist and give away millions of dollars to charities and was one of the largest donators to the San Diego Children's hospital which is widely recognized as one of the finest children's hospitals in the world.

With an estimated net worth of $1.7 billion, Kroc ranked No. 121 on Forbes magazine's latest list of the nation's wealthiest people. Was the largest share holder of the McDonald's Corporation and at one time owned the San Diego Padres Major League Base Ball team. Kroc also contributed more than $90 million to the Salvation Army for a 12.5-acre arts and recreation center in east San Diego.

She seemed like a nice and giving lady. It's to bad McDonald's Corp couldn't die and she could have lived.

I no longer eat fast food.

Taco Bell was the last I gave up. Last few times I have eaten there I wasn't impressed. I've always hated McDonald's. I prefer my George Forman grill for cooking burgers.

Chik Fil'A's nuggets are way better than McNuggets. Cost more and you get less too, but they are much better. Fries are better too. Course, ya gotta live in the south.

I go to College in Washington DC and we have a Chic Fil'A at our food court. The nuggest ARE darn good, and I bet they're somewhat healthier than the McDonalds. Gotta go for the 12 pack to get a decent meal though.

However, I disagree about the fren--- err, Freedom Fries. Waffle fries suck!

Meh, nuts to fast food in general. Burger King is all right, I suppose, but the rest is pretty much blarrggghh. The lady sounds like she was nice though.

I never go to malls anymore

so I'm not sure if our malls have a chick fill-a in them or not. I'm certain they did in the Newport News mall though. I believe the mall in Orlando had one as well.
