Diplomatic Messages - a guide

To save time and space in diplomatic communications in might be handy to refer to standard exchanges by a simple code.

So I will copy my examples from the other thread and label them as 6,7, 8. So when we talk to another faction, and need to explain our lack of action, we can say 8 (the Roze variation). Please feel free to post what you have found, or feel would be useful in diplomatic circles.
