	Potential tech trade with CyCon Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I'm not going to write a poll yet since I'm not sure what options are there. Please read my message to the CyCon and add your suggestions here. I'd like to have some discussion about potential trade of Ecological Engineering with CyCon (if we get it from univ). Should we do it and what is fair for us to get in return from CC.

I strongly agree with kody's idea of getting them to send us prototype units in exchange for techs (or if they have a tech we want, take it). We would have to make sure it doesn't give them an edge we can't effectively counter. But overall, in my mind, trading non-mil techs is fine as long as have the sp associated with it (if there is one), or it won't give that one faction a massive advantage (such as restriction lifting techs give to us).
