We're starting to reach the limit of units that our cities can support.
We currently have about 30 terraformers, however I wish to build significantly more. I believe that it's time to extend beyond the support limits and build an extra 2 terraformers per base.
Both the drones and the pirates have already done this. I believe it is time for us to follow in their footsteps. (okay maybe some more crawlers first)

Fast to build, main problem is the upkeep.

It would be nice although I think we're going after MMI first. If only we had university's tech rate.

Don't forget we do want to be able to go to war in 20ish turns. Not to mention EC's are already low. You ARE the industry guy, so whatever you decide I'll trust, but just consider that.

If we have 30 terreformers not sure we really need more how much terreforming are we really doing?? Might want to make sure that all of it we do is really needed!
