I was looking at what games I ahd and seeing if I could get a ~4 player game with more tactical play with evenish sides so that diplomacy can be a factor (because that is what my freinds want)
here is my mod so far

idea to ballance starting positions
uk and germany have more troops to begin with, US has the least (try the initial troops to begin with)

probably need to add something to the uk

I am thinking that the us will have the option of allying with britain or fighting britain
britain will have the issues of a split and far flung empire (guarding the waves and the mideast)
germany will have the options of going against the ussr or britain (and will be able to go against britain either at sea or in the mideast)
the ussr will be able to go against britain in the north sea or in the mideast, and against germany straight accross the middle
any suggestions?
the us seems to not have a lot of options, and britain starts in a tight spot
also, any suggestions ona not modded game?
