In order to save our sanity, be fair to all concerned, and to make certain that this and possible future contests are worth entering, we need to have you agree to the following rules to be M eligible to win:

• You may only enter the contest once -- if you enter two or more times, you will be eliminated from the competition altogether so heads up!
• If you submit the form to be able to possibly receive both the game and the guide, you should be aware that only the first one submitted will be accepted (this will be determined with the aid of the 'time stamp' on both forms)".
• You may not enter the contest if you are a: GameStats employee; GameStats affiliate; GameStats advertiser, or an employee of the publisher, distributor, or developer of the prize(s).
• You MUST return the confirmation notice within 72 hours if you win. If you do not your prize will be reassigned to another entrant of this contest or used in another contest altogether.
• You must be a legal resident of either the continental United States, Canada or Mexico to enter (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. dependent territories elsewhere and Saint-Pierre & Miquelon excluded).
• Any incomplete form will immediately be disqualified.
• Decisions made by the judges are final.

We apologize to those who are ineligible as a result of these conditions, but we can say that we are working with Activision to have another contest, similar to this one, that will be open to our European audience and possibly from other locales around the world.

(FINAL NOTE: We will NOT give away or sell any of the information entered above and you will NOT be put on any junkmail list. (We do send out condolence notes sometimes however). Subsequent to winners being chosen, (and non-winners being notified), ALL of this information is destroyed.
