This thread is somewhat difficult to follow if you are not already familiar with the concept of corruption. There is another, more user-friendly FAQ in the general forum.

It's amazing what you can get done if you go one day without playing Civ3. Yesterday, for example, I was debating whether to play my first truly warmongering style game with the Romans (I want armies! LOTS of armies!!), or to figure out how the damn corruption model works.
